Found it. The quote we got was from Carolina Solar Control, Inc. in 2013. An "Authorized 3M Prestige Window Film Dealer." The quote was for six windows and a sidelite (next to the front door) for $1115.

Well, that's irrelevant to my question of this company, and installing security film and door armor. But I was mainly referring to west Cary, an area along 540 toll, or along Green Level Church Rd.

Yup, I've heard good things about this company - quality work. But also heard good things about Shield Effects so thought about posting about it.
