Clayton NC New homes
We are looking to relocate to Clayton, I know there are a lot of newer subs and homes being built, does anyone know what builders are still selling? and if so what subs and how we can contact them (web site preferred)? Thanks!

We just got back from our scouting trip. We bought at Knolls at the Neuse, it is a newer subdivision with a lot of building going on. We also liked Winston Subdivision which is a newer subdivision. Not sure what you are looking for, price range, lot size etc. Hook up with a good Real Estate agent and tell them what you are looking for, our agent was by far our best resource.

I suggest a Realestate agent who will set you up with search notification from the local MLS also it all depends what your looking for price, size, lot size, how new, type of home , basement, attic, garage, etc. .
A good agent can save you a lot of heartache in the future.

What is the property tax rate in this community? Some say it's unincorporated so no city tax, but other say you pay both city and county. Thanks
