Red Hat kicked them out! They'll be moving into the An Cuisines space.

I don't know if I would say they kicked them out. The lease was expiring and RedHat is letting them stay beyond that.

From the story....

"The restaurant's lease was set to expire a few months ago, but Bu.ku and Red hat put together a deal to keep it there until the end of 2018, capping the run with a New Year's Eve bash"

DH will be thrilled they are moving closer to us. BuKu is his favorite restaurant but we don't go downtown that often.

Buku had a great Sunday buffet.

Many folks are passing downtown by because of parking issues and predatory towing.

Downtown will need to concentrate on customers who live or work downtown.

Default Parking DT

Exactly. Not happy unless he bashes Raleigh. Parking is abundant in DT Raleigh. I am there 5 days a week and 1-2 nights.

I avoid DT Raleigh because of parking and I know my friends feel the same. I am not keen on paying $5 to park. Every time we go there street parking is hard to come by and we always end up paying. Will now be able to try them once they are now in Cary.

I usually have good luck around Nash Square as well as Capital Square. I also don't mind paying $5 for parking. Seems very reasonable to me. Sure doesn't impede business downtown.
