I mean obviously seafood 3 hours inland in NC isn't going to be as fresh as some New England restaurants, but my point is they have New England style menu items. Clam chowder, fried claims, Maine lobster, etc, etc.

I didn't say I needed to be exactly like New England; in fact, I said the opposite. And it's more like 2 hours inland. But even it were 3, it's still very doable to have fresh seafood; New England aside.
I got a fried clam roll at the one on 54 and was not impressed; they tasted sour, not briny.
Yeah, I've just decided that the quality at this place is seriously lacking.
