Seems like mostly sprucing up with a few new features rather than a complete overhaul, but it definitely needs something.

MacGregor Village has never had a strong anchor store. A cosmetic freshening will not overcome that fatal flaw.

They need to get advice from the people who overhauled Waverly. If you think about where that shopping center was 5-10 years ago ... wow. Complete turn around.

Agree, that location should not struggle, but as mentioned there's nothing driving business to the location. it does need an upgraded look though, I hate feeling like I'm going back to the '80s

That place has "needed something" for at least 10 years. It's just a depressing place.

I hope they freshen it up, it's a great location.

Location is good, but I'd avoid going there just because of traffic on 64.

Oh that's great news. Waverly place was a graveyard just 10 years ago and now it's so vibrant.

Bike racks? Who is going to cross 64 on a bike? Locals have balked at a busy anchor before because of traffic. They might be right.

Cary needs a Lexus dealer. Would be a great location.
