I do have an update! The weekend we were craving it, my friend was actually doing the cooking. He didn't want to run around town, so went with a straight up standard casing. A few weeks later I was near Capri Flavors and popped in to see if they had it. In the back freezer case, they had Lugenga Italian pinwheel sausage with wine and cheese. In full disclosure, I didn't try it yet, but everything in that store looked great!
