Zillow is pretty worthless. It's value on my house is almost 15 percent too high. I also found that when sales prices are falling, it's very slow to catch up. It took zillow a year to realize that prices in our old neighborhood in Tampa had fallen 20-30%.

Entertainment is OK, but when it passes itself off as fact, then it is overboard.
