Default Creedmoor

Recently moved from NJ to NC, almost a year ago. What a surprise. Currently living in the Pinehurst area but am interested in moving to Creedmoor. Looking to purchase a new or almost new home between $200,000 and $250,000. Any ideas on areas, to look for homes and would love to hear from people who are now living in the area. I am also considering Wake Forest/Rolesville as long as it is not Knightdale HS as Greatschools.net does not give favorable ratings to that school. Would appreciate all responses.

Thank you

I don't have any information on specific subdivisions, but from one transplant to another, I have really enjoyed living in South Granville county.

It is going to depend if you want to live on large lots or if smaller ones are ok with you. There is: Wyngate, Davenport, Whitehall, New Forest, Falls Meadow and Paddington to name a few. New Forest and Falls Meadow have larger lots.

I may be moving to the area and would like to know where I can find homes to rent in Creedmoor between $700 to $1,000 per month. I would at least like to have 1600 sq ft and up.
