There's a road at the airport you take when heading over to the General Aviation FBOs that goes into a tunnel under a road and two taxiways. I'm pretty sure it's longer than either of the ones mentioned so far. Long enough that there are lights inside it to illuminate the road.

I found a photo of it... RDU Tunnel

that would be outside of city limits, Wake County, right? Either way... good stuff

You can drive through it, I did it a few times when my
daughter was going to school there...

Oops, I guess you're right. My tunnel is less than a mile outside the official city limits but not officially part of Raleigh itself.
