Default are there neighborhoods in morrisville with trees??

though i have not viewed all of the subdivisions in morrisville, everything that i have seen is pretty bare. of course most of these subdivisions are new and therefore recently clear cut, so i am wondering if neighborhoods with a decent amount of trees exist????

Morrisville started growing right around the same time clear cutting started to be the norm.

I live in Morrisville in a clear cut community. I love the communities that keep the trees. There is 1 community that is just now being built called Chessington off of Davis Drive. It is custom built homes from the $500's, one of the builders is Jerry Smith Builders. That is the only one I know of in Morrisville, thats pretty sad.

It is a nice community, wish I could afford it!

The only places where they keep the trees seem to be the really expensive neighborhoods with over 1 acre of land. They just don't build reasonably-priced houses on small wooded lots anymore. I don't understand...especially if people are willing to pay extra for it! Dumb move.

There are some trees in Providence Place, mainly at the entrance, around the perimeter of the neighborhood and in the Estates section. The remainder is fairly clear.
