Default Holly Bluffs? Off of Holly Springs Road

Hey all. I am trying to find some preliminary info about a street going on off of Holly Springs Road before Penny Road. There are two pillasters at the opening of the road that have a plaque that says either Holly Bluffs or The Bluffs. If you look up the street it looks like there are a bunch of real estate signs marking what i would imagine is each lot. I really don't want to call our realtor yet on this one as we are throwing some things around in our head pertaining to custom building a home. I was trying to figure out if the lots were being sold and you could build on them or they would build to suit on them. Anyone know what I am talking about? Thanks so Much!

Yes, I know what you're talking about. I have no idea tho. My dh road up there on his motorcycle because he was curious what was going on there. The lots are awful and on a hillside. That street is very narrow also. I think there are only a handful of lots and from what I can see there is no building going on. So I would assume it's a bring your own builder or built to suit type deal.

I don't mind the lots being on a hillside because then I could have a walk out basement. I also don't mind (in fact like) that it isn't a big subdivision. But I would mind it if the lots were very small and had no trees. I just have searched and searched and can't find any info (or I am looking in the wrong places ) Thanks for the info you had!
