How do get wrecked car off street (safety, cars)

Who do I call about two wrecked cars setting on the public street? Across from my work are two wrecked cars they have been parked about 6 weeks, Gives the area rundown look , Over on Commercial Ave,27612 Near the bowling ally. Any help would be appreciated.

We just called the non emergency police number and they'd come out and orange tag them. After a certain number of days, the vehicles would get towed. Works with big rigs parked on public streets, too (it's illegal).
