I'm moving to Durham in August to start grad school at Duke. I have severe respiratory problems and am wondering if anyone knows of any non-smoking apartments, or designated non-smoking areas of a complex, in Durham.
I'm a young woman who will be living alone and will only be there for a couple years, so renting a house doesn't really make sense for me. Any insight would be much appreciated! |

I'm not sure if an entire complex could be non smoking, but think its feasible apartments have a certain number or percentage of non smoking apartments for rent.
I would call and ask different complexes- and if they don't offer any, it can't hurt to ask if they know of where you might find one. |
