With Drive Shack here, I don't know that we need two of these facilities (coming from a huge golfer). I think the optics of Drive Shack opening Dundon's backyard is probably the impetus for the Durham location.

Have you seen what is going on at Cary Town Center?
We dodged TWO bullets from Top Golf and Ikea in that location.
Not NIMBY. Just good management on the first, and good luck on the second.

Tax revenues off a proper highest and best use of that property will dwarf the potential revenue from those two lesser uses that would have appealed to only specific limited people in the area.

Too Golf will absolutely kill it in RTP. There's plenty of business for both it and Drive Shack.

Drive Shack is juuuuust over the border from Cary literally one exit from the Top Golf proposed location. Went to Drive Shack last week. It was fun.

You must be taking quite the roundabout way to get from Cary Towne Center to Trinity Rd which is around the corner from Drive Shack. Heck you can get from one to the other on surface streets in less than 10 minutes.

I thought we were talking about TopGolf going in at Page Rd. They abandoned the CTC idea several years before Drive Shack decided to go in near Trinity.

Ah....I was just making the point....Cary NIMBY's take that....but Drive Shack is just one exit from Cary. Obviously I did not make my point very well. Been a long day, feels like Monday, glad it's not!
