Can anyone recommend a good realtor(s) for
Chapel Hill area and also Raleigh area (for Townhouses), who is motivated to show you properties, works on behalf of the buyer, does not make the buyer do all the work searching for properties, great negotiator on your behalf if comes down to making an offer, has a personality and does not pretend that the real estate market values are increasing/going up in this area? Understands all buyers are not CLUELESS, especially from out of area.

Also, can you tell me what the best areas of Raleigh are with respect to safeness/ good schools/lively?

I am from out-of town but in the area now.

With respect to areas, most of Cary is good, Apex is also very nice. Inside the beltline, Hayes Barton and Five Points are the hotspots with excellent schools.
