im considering moving to durham. what areas should I avoid. want to rent ahouse or trailor. what areas would you recommend. ty

Where will you be working? How much space do you need? Budget?

PS I don't think there are too many trailers for rent around here. . .

Areas to avoid are parts of North Durham, and essentially all of Eastern Durham. Eastern Durham gets better once you hit sherron rd and continue east on hwy 98. It also gets more rural temporarily until you hit wake county.

Where I live at in Durham county I see houses and trailers for rent fairly often. We are in Eastern Durham County (not city). There was a trailer for rent a month ago, and a house too, but both of them been taken.

If I were you I would look in Granville county near 85 for houses and trailers as well as Bahama area and Carr township. That'll give you access to Durham.
