Default Crystal Pines in Durham

Hello all! Is anyone familiar with the Crystal Pines I neighborhood in Durham? I am thinking of renting a small townhouse in that area, and was wondering if anyone had any info they could share. It's on Crystal Ct, and the zip is 27705 (in case that helps). Thanks!

Check out Durham Crime Mapper for issues in the area. I don't know much about living there, but a drive around during the day and night (as well as a walk) will tell you some. If it's the area I'm thinking (north of 85 off Guess Rd.), there is a nice Kroger's and Home Depot just down the street from there along with some decent fast food places. The neighborhood seems a bit sleepy, but Durham Crime Mapper should tell you a bit about called in reports. Of course, stopping by the neighbors with questions is a good thing too.
