Petunia started it, but we would be poor welcoming hosts if we made her organize it...

The ad hoc CityData committee is somewhat settled on the Hibernian in Cary.
hibernian loc: Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary, NC, USA - Google Maps
I suppose we should check with Hibernian management to confirm we would be welcome.

Petunia should let us know when she is available.

And, since North Raleigh Guy was called out, he should open his busy appointment calendar to us, so we can pluck out a suitable date.

Details of this rapidly evolving story to be shared as they become available.

Cool, who's planning on going? I can probably make it depending on the day.

Yay! Does Sunday evenings work for anyone? It might be easier to have a group on Sunday instead of a Fri or Sat night. I also work on Fri & Sat nights. So please plan around my schedule

I could do a Sunday easier than I could during the week.

Holy Spring Fling! Its a meet up or a coffee out or a tea party! Sounds like the perfect time to be 'out' when being cool is 'in'... Pick your liquid of choice and meet to greet your fellow threaders, your best and least worded friends! Sounds like a time to type-less and say more. Speak in words that are spoken with sounds and not tap tap tap of keyboards. Sounds like a plan, a route, a passage to say Hey, or what, or no way that is he or she. Fantastic! I hope I can make it, or shake it, or if I must bake it, all -akes aside it sounds like a threading good time!!

LOL, Dandrive! I can do it on a Sunday (but not this Sunday!). I might even be able to convince my Dh to come too.

Ok I must love you guys or just in need of getting out because mapquest said it will take me 45 minutes to get there. Would any other Durhamites want to carpool??

Anyone? Anyone? Mrs. Steel, where are you? Want to share a ride?

Sandycat, I'm here! We can carpool if you'd like.

I think I might be able to talk Mr. Steel into coming with me this time, too.
