Via 40 and 85, from 40/Wade Ave in Raleigh to say, about the Randleman Road exit in G'boro... it's maybe 75 minutes in average traffic. I'm a little heavy on the gas foot, I've done it in an hour quite a few times, so 75 minutes is a conservative guess for me. Plus your driving time to wherever your destination is in Greensboro, of course. If you're going as far as the Wendover Ave exit, that adds a few extra minutes as well, naturally.

In heavy traffic or bad weather, etc., give it 90 minutes. It's a bad driving day if it takes any longer than that.

Went from Cary to Greensboro earlier - it took us 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was on Saturday, so I probably say longer if commute on business days.
