Can anyone provide any insight on Cadell Woods in Wake Forest? It seems that there are a fair few houses that have recently come up for sale. I'm looking to move into the Triangle area sometime around June - July. Any news that you can provide on the subdivision would be appreciated

I've sold some homes in this subdivision and find that it is very affordable, easy commute, and the people that have bought there seem to like it It has both townhomes and homes. The owners seem to care about their homes appearance and haven't heard anything bad about the area or subdivision.

It is located in Wake Forest. From Capital Blvd, take Burlington Mill Rd.. about 1/2 mile down on right. Yes, they do have a pool. Right now I think townhomes are about 130K and the homes start around 180K. Some large sq. ftg homes for pretty reasonable prices IMO.

I've not sold a house in there but I have shown houses in there. The townhouses look like they could use some love. My clients don't like the first street in just because it's named "Gross Avenue"! Go figure!
