Hi everyone,
I've found a real estate listing for a home that seems decent and pretty close to the Duke campus (which is what my husband and I are looking for) but the price is suspiciously low. It's making me wonder whether the neighborhood is ok? It's near Lyon Park, at Halley and Kent.
We're moving from up north and coming down to house hunt in a week, so I'm checking out places online now, but I just thought I'd try to get some info on the neighborhood in case there was any reason we should skip this place altogether...

Thanks in advance for your help! You guys are always so helpful!

I would suggest that you check the neighborhood out for yourself when you come done. The reason I say that is b/c it's a neighborhood that may not be for everyone. I'll leave it at that.

You can also use the 'Street View' feature of Google maps to scout out the area in advance. Just drag the little orange man to any blue-lined location of interest.
