Default Glenwood Crossings in Raleigh?

Any insight into this development? We are looking for a rental in the Leesville school district and saw a townhome in this development pop up and was wondering what you guys/gals could tell me about it.

Thanks!!!

Great location. EZ commute to many places and close to shopping. Don't know about other children in that development though.
