Default gresham hills/hedingham townhomes

Does anyone have any input on these communities in Raleigh?
Trying to see if they're located in a safe neighborhood or not.

Default Which part of Hedingham?

Hedingham has at least two Town Home neighborhoods/areas. My son has lived in the older - circa 1999 - area (Crystal Cove & Oakland Hills Way) for 4 years and has had no problems. He says he is not aware of any neighbors having trouble either.

There is a much larger and newer area - circa 2004 - that he looked at with his mother and I prior to him buying his home. He was attracted to this area because it was new and he would have been the first owner. I did not like it at all; no grassy areas, no privacy, no parking for guests, etc., and convinced him to buy a slightly older home in the other part of Hedingham. I don't have any knowledge of this part of the development.
