Default Need HELP finding a doctor please!
I am 25 years old and looking for a general doctor. I have never had one really and have some symptoms and on going things I would like evaluated that would all fall under a family practice doctor. My insurance takes most doctors, so can someone recommend a great family doctor with lots of experience in Chapel Hill or Northern Raleigh (I work in raleigh, live in chapel hill) I would like someone who focuses on natural methods of healing, exercise and nutrition first and only uses "western medicine" and drugs when absolutely 100% necessary. Diabetes, High Cholesterol and Depression run in my family Big time. Looking for someone who cares about patients like family.
I have tried looking at my insurance page and it's just lists of names and not a lot of information. Thank you in advance!!!

Can you head to Durham and go to Duke? They have an integrative medicine center.

Chapel Hill does too. It's called Chapel Hill Integrative Medicine. It's at chapelhilldoctors dot com.

I've been to the acupuncturist there and really liked him. Haven't seen anyone else there, but they have a family doctor, a nephrologist, probably others, and all sorts of integrative disciplines.
