Hope you all have fun and safe New Year's here in the Triangle. I will not be hitting First Night downtown this year as I have always prefered to stay off the roads on this holiday, but who knows, maybe next year if I can find some public transportation out to the burbs!
To those of you trying to sell your homes I hope you get a great offer in the new year and to those looking to buy I hope you find your dream house here in the triangle in 2007. With any luck we will continue to see realistic value appreciation in the New Year. I hope 2007 brings even more people to reside in downtown and the city continues upon its path to becoming even more vibrant in 2007.
I am looking forward to this place getting even better in 07!
