This is interesting. Houston and Raleigh are the top 2 places I am considering as far as relocating to. Actually my order of preference is Raleigh#1 and the Houston area #2. There are just a little more upside to the Raleigh area over Houston for me. Nevertheless, this is interesting.

Did they visit Houston? Or just crunch numbers in a corner office? Surely they must mean a (far) outlying area of Houston, waaaaaaay beyond the traffic nightmares! |
