Hi Jumping bean!

We looked at the Carraige Heights subdivision in Fuquay. It would have been our number one choice as we loved the area and floor plans but it was too much of a drive since we will be working in the Raleigh area. The builders are Perry and Jordan!

Good luck!

We just bought our NEW home in Phillips Pointe. We are very excited about moving into the area. House seems to be well constructed and nice wooded lots as well as being close to town. The builder was great to work with and our realtor helped us out very well with the walk through and guided us through the whole process.
