Hello,
Anyone have experience with the full day camps at Bond Park? Good/bad/etc? If I sent my kid, it would just be for one week at the end of the season... would she be the odd duck out surrounded by kids who had been going all summer long?

My child has not attended Town of Cary summer camps, but has done other day camps in various locations throughout the Triangle. Because of the year round schools and families vacationing at different times, you don't have to worry about her being the odd duck out. There are always kids coming and going from week to week.

Good point.

I would enroll, I just get nervous when I hear the town is still desperate for help... this is probably par for the course, but I just want to make sure that the camps are safe and have good quality counselors. I have absolutely NO reason to think that they wouldn't, but it's nice to get some feedback before we decide.

My niece and nephews have done a whole bunch of the ToC day camps/classes; they had a great time and no problems. They always attended one random week, not the same thing all summer. My biggest concern for you now would be that they're full... Registration for summer opened a month ago, and I think that these can be a hot ticket!
