Default Housing Cheap in Raleigh?

Hi I was doing research on the houses in Raleigh using realtor sites and it seems that you can get a decent 3 bedroom house for around 150,000$. Are these houses too good to be true? Are they in bad neighborhoods? Is it based on the subdivision? Please post any input. Thanks!

It is a mix of all the above.
You can get a decent 3/2 at that price.
But, when you find one in a good location, you have to be ready to pull the trigger and buy. It won't sit there and wait for you to get preapproved etc.
