Bahama Breeze is considered fast food type Jamaican by myself and my family. My mom likes to go for the drinks and atmosphere.

There is no way I would consider Bahama Breeze being in the fast food type category. It's more like Caribbean food. (Good Caribbean Food). And oh yes the Bahamarita rocks!

I tried Cool Runnings tonight. I was pretty disappointed. The jerk chicken was bland and dry. The roti was dry. The curry chicken in the roti was dry as well. I guess you can't screw up plaintain. That was decent. The rice and peas were sweet and a little too soft.

I have my beef patty to try later. It should be fine. I will be jerking and grilling my own chicken this summer. Y'all should stop by!

There's a place in Raleigh called the Carribean Cafe, but I haven't eaten there yet.

I ate at Bahama Breeze tonight and I thought it was pretty great. I had MahiMahi panseared with Mango and mashed sweet potatos and a really good Pina colada. It was only about $20 also!

Bahama Breeze is one of the few chains I will still go to. Unfortunately we don't go very often because it's a tad pricey (at least for us because we end up ordering a few too many drinks there) and it's also a bit of a drive from Cary, but I've never had a bad meal there. I used to frequent BB when I lived in Orlando as well,.

I could not agree more, I am a jamaican and believe me all the restaurants here are very very bad. For a non jamaican it may be okay , but for true ja we know better. we need sOme restaurants from Ny or Fla .
