I can recommend The Backyard Depot. They were very reasonably priced, had it up in 2 days, and the workmanship is terrific. I have an easement in my backyard, and they were able to get the fence inches from the grate in the easement, which gave me a bigger backyard. I've gotten several compliments from my neighbors on it, too.

I am happy to read about some other choices on here besides Seegers. We had them out for a quote and their priced seemed extremely high. We were getting quoted on aluminum and they were over $2K higher that another quote we got. We are getting ready for our third quote and I think I will call some of the other companies listed. Thanks!

I highly recommend Scott at Carolina Custom Fences. His quote was considerably lower than most fence companies that I had over. He ran into some ground water issues that caused considerable extra work and he did not charge an extra penny.
Some photos from my fence are even posted on his website.

According to their website they do aluminum. Mine is wood, though. Just google The Backyard Depot and you'll find them. They were the ones who did the Extreme Makeover house in Raleigh, and they have YouTube videos of that project that you can view. That was one of the things I liked about them - they give back to the community.

Consider plastic since they don't rot. Drucker & Falk has had great results with plastic fences and railings in local apartment communities.

We ran into the same thing. We got a quote from Seegars after so many recommendations I got from here, but their quote ended up being about $1000 dollars more than Outdoor Structures, so we didn't go with them.
