Default DSL Internet/phone/TV Service in Durham

Could you tell me what you use for DSL internet, phone and TV cable or other in the Durham area? Any advantages to one over the other?

I work for a medical practice in Boston but work entirely from my home so when I move to Durham, I need to hit the ground running to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Thanks!

Ultimately, it depends on what you're looking for in terms on internet speeds and other things. I have Verizon for DSL & phone and Directv for television. I don't think that TW is a bad choice nor do I think any of the other service providers are bad choices. Determine which ones have the options that best suit your needs.
