I sold 3 of the townhouses in Glenwood North when they were first built. Thus far, they have had great appreciation and my clients love the area and the neighborhood.

One of my clients left her neighborhood of single family homes because she said that her neighbors all kept to themselves. She purchased one of the larger townhouses in Glenwood North and says that there is always someone having people over or a neighborhood get together or something but that it is a very social neighborhood.
