Default Craft shows?

Hi all,
I just found this forum and am hoping that it will help me find some festivals, events, and craft shows in the Raleigh area. If anyone knows of shows coming up or great places to find shows, please let me know! Thanks so much.

I lived in the Raleigh Durham/Chapel Hill area for 15 years, and that's one of the things I loved about the area. Raleigh has a festival downtown each year. And 2 separate shows at the fairgrounds every thanksgiving weekend. Durham has one downtown, and the Eno River Festival (July 4th weekend). Chapel Hill has one in spring and one in fall. Cary has one in spring and a huge one (Lazy Days, or something like that) in August. All have an array of craft vendors, from the ridiculous to the truly sublime, and all also feature lots of great music from artists both local and nationally known. The surrounding areas also have a lot of potters.

Default P.s.

You can usually keep informed as to what is scheduled for when by reading the local independent newspaper, called (strangely enough) The Independent.
