I think $4.9M is a bit much for a laser tag / go kart facility... even though it is 54k sqft.LINK (http://looplink.krogerrealestate.com/xNet/Looplink/Profile/Profile.aspx?stid=krogersurplus&LID=15757798&LL=tr ue&PinProfile=true&UOMListing=&UOMMoneyCurrency=&R entPer=PY&SRID=1204632432 - broken link)

I think the only problem with opening another grocery store is that it would be the same problem, no convenient way to get in and out. That is the only reason Kroger's didn't last. I used to shop there all the time but that's cause I live right behind there. Others don't like pulling in and out of that shopping center.

Hopefully this does not happen. Such an office, while totally needed somewhere is just not a good fit in a shopping center like that. There are myriad office parks all over western wake with buildings the right size. It would probably be better for the rest of the center for the space to sit empty than have the government stick ICE in there.

Unless they plan on doubling the size from the current 15000 sf I just don't see how they can economically subdivide the 59000 sf Kroger building anyway so hopefully this is all a misunderstanding.
