Default Need Dentist recommendation in Wake Forest/N. Raleigh

Can anyone recommend a dentist in the Wake Forest area? I'm looking for a family dentist (but not a pediatric dentist). I don't have any current dental issues, I'm just looking for a place to get the family's teeth cleaned a couple of times a year. Thanks in advance for any information!

We have gone to Dr. Magno (Wakefield Dental Care) for over 4 years and have been very happy with his office. They have great hygenists.

I had been looking around the general Triangle area, and Dr. Frank Maness over on Spring Forest Road was recommended to me. I have been twice, and been most pleased. He is thorough, and conscientious, and does not appear to want to make big $$$ from crowning every tooth in my head -- which had been my issue with a former dentist I tried.

I'm not sure where his office is, relative to where you are, but from I540, I take the Falls of the Neuse exit, headed towards Raleigh. His office is about 3 miles from the exit, on Spring Forest Road. It has been worth the drive, to me, from where I am in Cary.

she's ok, but she will try to crown every tooth in your head ... she's soaked me for 3 already, and has gotten my husband for a couple as well. And she's not particularly good about pain (she enjoys using the needle)

I've actually heard to stay away from this one.

Hey! My wife and I go to Dr. Magno as well. We love his office and services. He is a great dentist and his technicians and office staff are top notch. He is the way to go IMHO!

Why would you rate this dentist as acceptable?

Dr. Devine at Howarth Family Dental only does the work you need and makes sure your pain is reduced to near zero.

I think the dentists in the high income areas have dollar signs in their eyes.
