How would you compare it to kitts creek, bedford?
Any pics-even if its just of the cleared land on the site and surrounding areas would be great

Default renaissance park update

They have completed the club house, pool, tennis courts, and volleyball pit. Most of the builders have begun construction, and there are lots of model homes/townhomes to see. I'll post pics in the coming days, but it's really shaping up nicely.

They are planning on re-routing Tryon Rd to get rid of that crazy curve and route it past the planned commercial development on the front end. The plan is for some high-end commercial by the road and a nice grocery store right next door off of Wilmington. Looks like it will be very nice when completed in a few years.

We just put a deposit down on a townhouse
