Raleigh North Carolina Apartments - Home - The Loft
and
RALEIGH North Carolina Apartments - Home - Landmark Apartments

Both seem to have the huge open living floor plan that I've been looking for but they are super cheap - anyone have any experience or thoughts on the subject?

Or do you know of any other 1/1s that have a combined and large living/dining area around the $700 range? Is that even an appropriate amount for a 1/1? I don't know the cost of living or the average pay for the area so I'm just basing it off of austin.

Thanks so much!

I've been looking for apartments in Raleigh too, and one of the most useful resources I've found is Apartmentratings.com. You should check there for information about cleanliness, safety, etc. Their server's been down most of today, but hopefully it'll be back up soon. I hope that helps.

Landmark is very run down. I knew a maintenance tech that transferred there years ago and was overwhelmed with the deterioration.

Check Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters for opinions.

Be careful with these ratings. Many management companies have phony ratings entered and many others come from people with an agenda. They can be a tool, but they are far from accurate. The best way to find out about how good apartments are is to stop and ask the residents. People will freely tell you what they think.
