regards to the original questions
1. Where Wake Forest is reaching its peak of residents it is still not over crowed. There is a cap on the new homes being built there. Rolesville is where I will be building my home... 1/2 acre on a lake for 1/3 of the price of an Orlando home with the same upgrades and about 10K less than Wake Forest for the same home. Falls lake areas have more expensive housing but it is truly beautiful there, I can't wait to take my boat there! the south and west sides seem more tightly compact with residents. All it takes is looking out your airplane window when taking off from RDU to see that.
2. My kids go to summer school here in FL whether to get ready for the next near or to catch up, either way, what's the difference??? It is still year long and the only reason they will have more than 3 weeks off this year is because Wake Forest High doesn't start until the middle of August rather than here in July.
3. I had no problems in Raleigh and I met so many different ethenticities of people. The difference I notice was everyone was nice. Every one! I didn't feel the animosity that exists here in FL- not once! And I made a point to talk to the strangers of all backgrounds to check that out for myself.
4. In regards to #3... I saw no problems.
To add- Puerto Rico is an American territory with its own government. the natives are American with American rights. They just speak Spanish as a first language, but are taught English in school. There is also Guam and the US Virgin Islands... same thing...
I am tired of hearing about the "Puerto Ricans" being on the mainland US. they have every right to be here.

tired of ppl moving there probably. i'm sure my patience will wear thin too at times when your going out to eat, and all of a sudden there is an hr wait instead of 20 min wait b/c of all the northerners that come down during the season!!!

while I'm in NC now, because I love the mountains, my family have been natives of Florida since the early 1800's - and truly native Floridians are *rarely* irritated by the folks that come to visit each winter it is more often folks who have been residents of FL for less than 2-3 generations funny that - folks move down to FL enjoy the climate and seasons, and then resent other folks that do the same, and ignore the fact that the visitors and summer residents make Florida one of the richest states, with some of the best services, roads and utilities of any place else in the Union those summer visitors pay our taxes, pay for municipal services, and pay exorbitant resort taxes so that our state can thrive!
I've also got more sense than to go around NC saying "back home we did it....." and "back home we had......" and "how come you people don't have....." I realize that for many years yet I'll be a guest here before I've any right to act or talk like I belong here
