Need temp housing
Woo hooo!!! Our house is under contract and we need to find a place to live for about 5-6 months while our new house gets built. We weren't anticipating our house selling so quickly (and it may still not work out but I'm optimistic. No reason to think it wouldn't. VA loan, pre-approved, yada yada). We have to close within 45 days, so we're looking at the beginning of Sept or so.
We both work up in north Durham, me near NCSSM and my wife on Roxboro near that Lowe's (the hardware store, not the grocery). Anyway, we need 2 bedrooms at least. Cheap is important but not worth living in a roach motel or next door to a crack house or anything. Any suggestions?
