a new community(preserve/long branch farms) in zipcode 27610....The renderings look sweet,if you go to fmrealty.com---anyone know anything about this new community in the high 300s.
Its just inside the 440.
It looks to be in some kind of park.

Yes, I know all about it. Brand new in an area of Raleigh going through a lot of transition. I have some floorplans for you to look at it you want them as well as additional info about the builders, etc. I'm a Realtor so I don't want to cross any boundaries here but since you asked, let me know if you want more info. Mid 300's and up.

no info on the scores,that i could find.
Since your a realtor-whats your opinion on renaissance park and olde towne raleigh.
Do you think one local is better then the other,and do you think one community will be better then the other

in terms of being family oriented-decent schools,affordable homes,and the IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS,,,,THATS the toughest thing for me to figure out cause im down in miami

Barwell Rd. elementary just opened last Fall. This is its first year in operation.
