Hi, Does anyone live in this development or have any information on the Wake Chapel Manor development in Fuquay Varina? I am researching all areas around Raleigh and I see some homes for sale in this development. What is this area like? Fuquay Varina that is? Is there much shopping, eateries? Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks
Hi Vicki,
Thanks for the information, the house you are talking about is probably the one I viewed online. I thought it was cute for the price. When you say rural, you mean like drive 20 minutes to a store rural? How do you think a commute to RTP would be from there? According to all the map programs it would be about a half hour...I work on Miami Blvd...

What kind of stores are you looking for? In Fuquay, there is plenty of grocery choices, there is a Home Depot, and if you up for it, a WalMart. Walnut in Cary is about 15 minutes for anything else you may need.
I would think that the half hour is about right for RTP. There are multiple choices to get there. You could try Cary Paryway for example.
I think 30 min. to RTP would be about right, depending on traffic and the route you choose.
As for a grocery store...I think it would be less than 5 min. to the nearest one.
The Church that is on the road going into the neighborhood, rings its bells at noon. It sounded beautiful but caught us offguard.
