I have recently moved to Raleigh from Birmingham, AL when my spouse took a new job opportunity in the area. I have been working part-time remotely for an individual trying to start a software consulting firm. I have gone ahead and decided to start looking for a local software development job and would like to get a good headhunter. Can anyone suggest a good firm to go with? Also, how good is the job situation up here? If it matters, I am a software developer with eight years of experience mostly working in Java now.

Look into the job postings at SAS's website. They are one of the best companies to work for in the country! They are in Cary.

Default Recruiter

I am a recruiter, but not based in RAleigh (although my entire family is, and I wish I lived there- hence, why I look at this forum! )

I recruit for IBM nationally. I would look at website, we have a lot open now, specifically in the java/j2ee area. Good luck!

Default Looking for a Computer Network position

I am looking to relocate closer to the family in the Cary area. I have a huge background when it comes to computer networking and I was wondering if anyone knew of any recruiters out there. Hoping for a quick turn around, especially considering I am relocating myself.
