Which housing subdivision is considered the the nicest in Wake Forest. I'm looking into 225,000 to 300,000 with sewers and city water a lot size of .25 is enough, even a 55 and older community would be nice.

Ah....what do you want? There are several that are very nice. Heritage I guess is the most well known and largest....there are several sections in a variety of price ranges.

^^ What she said!

It depends on what you're looking for in a home: price, square footage, lot, # of rooms, amenities, commute time...

There are large neighborhoods (like heritage) which are very nice, then there are smaller neighborhoods with fewer amenities but very nice homes (like back nine). I think a number of people are waiting to see how hasentree turns out, should be nice, but you can't necessarily tell at this point. There are many neighborhoods in the 450 plus range that are nice, but you could say the same about neighborhoods in a lower price range as well.

basically, it depends!

Yeah I'm looking into homes from 225,000.0 to 300,000.0. Mainly with sewers and city water. Lot size around .25 is enough for me. Even a 55 and older community would be nice. Thanks for your response.

If you're looking at Active 55+, Heritage has a great section called "The Spring" right in that price range. There will be, I think, 48 homesites. Technically, they are condos, but only the garage has a shared wall. I've got a client right now moving to the area, and both sets of parents are probably going to move in there!
