We found a townhouse in Apex that allowed dogs. There was a $250 non-refundable fee (no matter how many pets) and $10 per dog added to the monthly rent. I was really surprised at how many apartments and townhomes allow pets in the triangle. It made our move so much easier. A good place to look is apartmentguide.com.
