Renting in Butner?? (Durham, Creedmoor: real estate, apartment complexes, rentals)

I am sick of Durham. I am looking to relocate to Butner because my fiance has family there. I am looking online but I can't seem to find any apartment communities or homes for rent. Do you have any suggestions?

There are only a few apartment complexes in the Butner area -- not sure of some of the names of them but I know Granville Oaks is on Route 56 between Butner and Creedmoor. There were a few others off C Street? and on the other side of Central Avenue when coming from the I85/Hwy 56 area. There are others but not sure of the names. A lot of rentals are probably through private owners but you may want to call local real estate agencies to see if they know of any. Hope this helps some.

Have you picked up our local paper, the Butner-Creedmoor news? My son rents a house out here. I could ask him if his landlord has any others for rent. There are some convenience stores on Main Street that allow people to put up flyers in the windows (Jacks and Tom's) maybe you could stop by and see if anyone has put up anything for rent? Can your fiance's family tell you which areas they like or don't like in this area. I know it's a small town but like everywhere else I'm sure there are some spots that are preferred over others. I am also looking for an apartment in Butner, and I am moving from Chattanooga, TN. What is the best way to get info on safe areas for my family?
