Just a warning - a lot of restaurants on that link are definitely NOT open 24 hours. In fact, I can't say from experience if any of them are. Some of them tell you their hours if you click through the links to the review.

Trali Irish pub/restaurant is pretty good and also open until 2am - also in the Brier Creek area, though a little farther south.

Mapquest showed Trali as first listing, but their website didn't have their hours. I'm especially partial to Irish Pubs, so I think we may have made our choice.

This is the review I got the info from Trali Irish Restaurant opens near Brier Creek: Food: Now Serving: Independent Weekly: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill you may want to call and confirm what time they shut down the fryer (wouldn't want you to miss out on fish n chips!)
