Time Warner:

Signed up for their ultimate everything Service costing me $140 monthly.

Original sales rep stated 3 days to install, took them almost 2 weeks, but like a good boy I waited.

Since installing my service my phone has went out daily for 1-5 hours.

My internet goes down daily for 1-5 hours.

Cable TV usually works, but goes out a few times per week.

Yesterday all my services went down, phone, internet, cable. It took me almost an hour to get a technician on the phone, using my datetime cell phone minutes. Then they tell me it will be 5 days until they can come out to look at it?!?!

This is my phone line we are talking about. What an absolute joke this company is. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Anyone else fedup with this crap?

Consider yourself lucky and probably a share holder too?

Everyone I speak with is really fedup with their service.

I concur, they have a monopoly in this area and things won't improve until a competitor comes in.

I've been with Time Warner for about 6 years now, and after years of sub-par service, I finally decided it was time to make the switch when my wife and I move in a few weeks. I have phone/tv/internet through them, and I cancelled everything except internet service (just can't stomach going to DSL). It's amazing how fast you get someone from TWC when you're cancelling services, but can't get anyone when you actually need help I told them that I was getting everything they could offer me and more for less money with Vonage and Direct TV, and from what I hear, the service is MUCH better.

Go with Direct TV. No problems here.

Directv looks fairly expensive compared to Dish, especially once the teaser rates end. I've been thinking about dropping TWC for Dish's new TurboHD offering.

Time Warner. People its in their name. They cannot be any clearer than in their name. They clearly and succinctly Warn you about Time. Over Time their rates go up until you cancel their service and than they call you with teaser rates again if you switch back. Play the game it pays! Don't get mad get cheaper rates, switch back and forth for the cheapest TV/PHONE/INTERNET services!

Remember its in their name, They are Time Warner'ers!

Time Warner is the worst cable service i've ever seen in my life, my next move will be into a house where i can have my dish again. Even after my bad breakup with Direct tv, I can't wait to have their service again.

Same here for me. Many years of flawless service and I have no stock in the company. I have had satellite prior and it worked great most of the time. The only time I had any issues with it was when I wanted to watch it. Whenever I had the satellite box off, it did a wonderful job of collecting dust.
