I am looking for suggestions on where to take a 9 yr old little girl who likes Arts and Crafts? Are there any type of classes or stores that offer classes geared towards children. She really likes to draw and paint. If you have any ideas for activites we could do,etc. All suggestions are welcome.

I don't know where you live exactly, but the Town of Cary and city of Raleigh both have great youth art classes.

I'm not a huge Rosie O'Donnel fan, but she has one of the best craft books I have ever seen out there. Definately worth checking out!

Where are you?

I second Town of Cary classes. Jerry's Artarama in Raleigh also has some interesting looking classes. CHILDREN'S WORKSHOPS 2008

It's not painting or drawing but it's supposed to be fabulous!
