I was wondering if anybody here has recently bought or sold a home in the Planters Walk Neighborhood in Knightdale. It is located off of 64 Business right next to an exit to the newest part of I-540. I had looked at a home there this past summer, but was concerned about the proximity to I-540 as well as some specific issues with the houses that were age related.

Anyway, I just saw another listing in Planter's Walk for a home that is identical to one I looked at in the Summer, except this one does not appear to be in as good of shape and doesn't have as many upgrades, yet it is listed at $10K more than the one from this past summer. Maybe the seller is being unrealistic, or thinking that with I-540 opening up out there that the jump in price is justified. Part of me has always been partial to that neighborhood, but I was always concerned that it was just too close to I-540 and although it is convenient to the new Target and HD in the shopping center across the street...it was almost too close for comfort. I felt like that would lead to more shopping related traffic there day to than I was willing to deal with.

Anyway...was just wondering if anybody else has noticed recent jumps in prices like this one in Planter's Walk?
